No fine print. No upsell calls. Here's what we get asked most before sign-up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the billing settings page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. No cancellation fees, no retention calls.
What happens after my free trial ends?
If you added a payment method during signup, your Professional plan auto-activates at the end of your 14-day trial. If you didn't, your account switches to a read-only state until you add payment — your data is preserved and you can continue whenever you're ready.
What counts as an "active client" on my plan limit?
An active client is any client profile that has logged at least one workout, booking, or check-in in the current billing month. Archived profiles, old leads, and staff accounts do not count toward the limit.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to yearly at any time — the yearly discount applies immediately and any unused portion of your current month is credited toward the yearly total. Switching from yearly back to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual term; we don't pro-rate refunds on yearly plans.
Do unused features in one month carry over to the next?
Metered features like AI workout generations reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unlimited features (video uploads, custom branding, multi-screen displays) don't have a cap, so there's nothing to carry over.
What currencies do you support?
We currently bill in USD only, on any credit card with international support. We're evaluating EUR and GBP for mid-2026 — if that's a blocker for your gym, contact our team and we'll flag your country for the rollout.
