How Fit Viz uses collected data

1) Deliver core platform functions (workout display, scheduling, billing, communications)

We use account, usage, and workout-related inputs to operate the day-to-day features gyms and coaches rely on—like building and pushing workouts to one or more display screens, keeping schedules accurate, managing class capacity and check-ins, and keeping member experiences consistent across devices. This includes maintaining user accounts, enabling logins, saving your exercise library and workout programming, and delivering operational messages like booking confirmations, reminders, and support responses. (Fit Viz)

Because Fit Viz combines workout delivery with scheduling/booking and payments/memberships in one system, we also process billing and transaction-related details to administer subscriptions, memberships/packs, and payments, and to reconcile invoices and receipts. (Fit Viz)

2) Enable AI personalization (workout suggestions, client engagement triggers)

Fit Viz uses relevant usage patterns and workout interactions to personalize experiences and power AI-assisted features—like helping surface programming suggestions and prompting engagement at the right time (for example, nudges tied to booking behavior or workout participation). This is designed to help coaches and facilities deliver a more consistent client experience without adding manual admin work. (Fit Viz)

Where health/fitness-related information is involved, Fit Viz relies on what users choose to input (for example, workout preferences, fitness metrics, or injury notes where provided) to tailor the experience and improve training outcomes within the platform. (Fit Viz)

3) Identify at-risk members for retention programs

We may analyze engagement signals—such as attendance, booking history, missed sessions, or declining participation—to help facilities identify members who may be at risk of dropping off. This supports retention workflows like targeted outreach, win-back messaging, or coach follow-ups, so gyms can improve consistency and reduce churn. (Fit Viz)

4) Support marketing, lead generation, and service enhancements

We use data to measure what's working, improve product performance, and enhance services (for example, improving booking flow, workout delivery clarity, and member communications). We may also use data for marketing and lead generation activities—such as helping a facility understand which channels or offers drive sign-ups—where appropriate and, when required, with consent. We do not sell personal data. (Fit Viz)

Security, storage, and legal compliance

Data is processed and stored using industry-standard security practices (including encryption and access controls), and may be handled by vetted service providers (such as cloud hosting and payment processors) under confidentiality obligations. We aim to apply applicable privacy requirements—including GDPR where relevant—and provide user controls such as accessing, updating, or deleting information and withdrawing consent where applicable.
