License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fit Viz for your facility's internal operations.

User Responsibilities

• •Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• •Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.
• •Ensure that any content (including videos, photos, text, graphics, or trademarks) uploaded or shared through the platform is owned by you or that you have obtained all necessary permissions or consents from the rightful owner(s). You agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Fitness Visualizer Inc., its employees, and subcontractors from any claims, liabilities, or suits arising from the use of such content.
• •Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding are owned by Fitness Visualizer Inc. dba Fit Viz. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability & Waiver

Fit Viz is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitness Visualizer Inc. disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever resulting from misuse of the platform, reliance on the platform for medical advice, or failure to comply with these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
