Free Boxing Round Timer
3:00/1:00 with bell and the 10-second sticks - nothing to install
How to use this Boxing Timer
The default is fight-standard: 3:00 rounds, 1:00 rest, 12 rounds, with a bell at the start and end of every round, a warning cue 10 seconds before each round ends, and a prepare countdown so you can get your gloves on before round one. Adjust round count, round length, and rest length for any discipline, fight formats, sparring, bag work, every preset below.
Open a preset on a gym TV's browser and run it full-screen - the display stays awake through the final round.

Why the 10-second warning matters
Every real gym runs a warning cue: ten seconds before a round ends teaches fighters to finish strong and tells a class to empty the tank. This round timer ships it by default, plus countdown beeps carrying you into every switch, because a boxing timer without the warning is just a countdown.
Voice cues and pick-your-pack sound options are in FitVizPro on iOS and FitViz on Android.

Yes, any round sport or round-based conditioning works: bag, pads, rope, shadowbox, even circuit stations. It's a full round timer, not just a boxing timer.
The bell and warning cue play through your browser tab at your device volume, loud enough for a quiet gym or garage. Voice cues and pick-your-pack sound options are in FitVizPro on iOS and FitViz on Android.
The tab uses your device's wake lock to keep the screen from sleeping while a round is running, and once loaded it keeps timing through a dropped connection since nothing more needs to load. Nothing to install means nothing to crash or drain.
Completely free, no account needed. Built by Fit Viz, whose gym platform also starts free.
